The Palocabildo farmers produced their first natural coffee this year, but with results like this you’d never know. The Fruity Phoenix combines the efforts of 8 farms and 45 producers, their skills and their knowledge, to create more sustainable and funky coffees; this cup is filled with high flavour intensity and stewed strawberries. This Caturra variety has scored them an extra point on the cupping table in contrast to their former washed outputs – if this is their first time, we can’t wait to see what else comes next.
