The first Christmas coffee is here!
This coffee comes from Rwanda, especially from the Huye Mountain region. This region has ideal growing conditions for arabica coffee, thanks to its mountainous terrain. The owner of Huye Mountain farm – Davida Rubanzangabos is holding a few Cup of Excellence titles. David divided his farm into 7 districts, based on the taste profile of the coffee that grows there. This lot was washed-processed, so it has a nice complex flavour. In this case, real Christmas flavours are standing out, such as milk chocolate, raisins and winter spices.
