This blend of two Ethiopian coffees from Guji and Yirgacheffe region is perfect for everyday drinking. Sie Przelewa edition is designed as coffees with easy and clear flavour profile. These coffees were washed-processed. Right after the harvest, cherries are depulped and then let to ferment for around 24-48 hours. Mucilage around the coffee seed is removed thanks to the fermentation, and the coffee is then sun-dried until reaches 10-12 % of humidity.
Excellent light, floral, tea-like with a fruity aftertaste. A classic washed Ethiopia for everyday consumption. Great for the morning as this coffee will be great however you prepare it.
