One of four processing factories operated by the Aguthi Farmers Cooperative Society, Gititu sits in a region bordering Mt. Kenya and the Abadare Rangers. With a small, selected committee tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, this Kenyan colletive of 4000 members chooses just 60 permanent factory staff, maintaining an exquisitely-high level of process-quality thoughout.
