BeBerry roastery was founded by Tomo Laca and his girlfriend Karin. Tomo is a long-time coffee professional and a Q Arabica grader. Karin is a very successful Cup Tasters competitor, who competed on the World stage as well. Even though BeBerry is quite a new roastery, they already found many coffee enthusiasts who love their coffee and the way they do it. For Tomo and Karin, coffee is the best fruit in the World, which they constantly show to their customers as well. When profiling the coffee, Tomo mainly focuses on the coffee origin, processing method and what is the purpose of the roasted coffee. The vast majority of their coffees are roasted for filter brewing, but you’ll also find omni roasts, that are suitable for espresso as well.
