Driven by innovation and obsessed with optimising coffee recipes. Their dream is to strengthen every link in the coffee chain, and this dream starts with their own coffee. With direct trade the roastery is sure that farmers are paid fairly which helps to make the coffee industry more equal. But ethics are not the only reason why they support direct trade.
