Round Hill Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery based in Somerset. It was founded in 2012. It was built off the back of love for coffee but from a culinary perspective, not from a professional perspective. Started in a small shed with a small roaster, it was essentially a double garage with a high roof. Now, when roasting coffee they are aiming to highlight seasonality, 
the taste of the farm, the crop 
and the environment it was 
grown in. Approach of the roastery has always been quite playful, projects like Claude highlight that in a big way but also their blue and pink bags. The idea behind that is that coffee should be fun, like candy for grown ups. At its heart the business of the roastery is about building strong relationships, whether that be with farms that they buy coffee from or coffee shops that they sell to.
